Top Secret Comedy is the consumer-facing event brand operated by TikStats OÜ

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of topsecretcomedy.com, event waiting lists, registration forms, email and SMS programs, event promotions, and related services provided by TikStats OÜ through the Top Secret Comedy brand (“Top Secret Comedy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms

6. SMS Programs and Consent

Top Secret Comedy is the consumer-facing SMS sender and DBA for these SMS programs. TikStats OÜ, registration number 16347697, Estonia, is the legal entity responsible for operating these programs.

Marketing / Promotional SMS

Users who separately opt in to marketing SMS may receive recurring promotional messages about:

  • Live event promotions
  • Presales
  • Ticket sales
  • Special offers

Informational / Transactional SMS

Users who separately opt in to informational SMS may receive messages about:

  • Event updates
  • Event schedules
  • Venue information
  • Changes affecting relevant events
  • Other informational updates concerning events for which they registered or requested information

Independent Consent

Marketing SMS consent and informational SMS consent are separate and optional. Consent to one category does not constitute consent to the other. Providing a mobile phone number or submitting a form does not grant either type of SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to opt out. After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. No additional messages in the applicable program will be sent unless you affirmatively opt in again.
